Job Mission/Purpose

Conceptualize, lead, and execute transformation projects and initiatives across the organization as aligned to the Group’s transformation aspirations. Collaborate closely with teammates, Transformation Lead, senior leadership, and cross functional teams to drive change, improve processes, and enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Co-develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy and plan aligned with the company's vision and objectives. (e.g. Simplification Program, AI Use Cases, Idea Generation, Transformation Workshops, Scenario Planning, Agile Ways or Working, etc.)
  2. Drive a culture of simplification, continuous improvement, readiness for change, and innovation within the team and throughout the organization. Identify opportunities for enhancement, evaluate existing processes, and provide recommendations aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Foster collaboration and communication to ensure the achievement of successful transformation outcomes. Additionally, identify and proactively address risks related to transformation projects, while also formulating contingency plans for potential challenges.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and facilitate workshops as needed.
  5. Responsible for budget monitoring by tracking expenses, processing financial documents, and ensuring cost efficiency, while also managing team travel arrangements, ensuring policy compliance, and providing administrative support for records, approvals, and logistics.

  1. Transformation Milestones: Completion of key milestones in the transformation process.

  2. Project Timelines: Ensure that transformation projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  3. Transformation Roadmap Adherence: Assess how well the organization is following the established transformation roadmap.

  4. Employee Engagement: Measure and influence employee engagement and satisfaction levels throughout the transformation.

  5. Process Efficiency: Measure improvements in operational processes and workflows (outcome-based).

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Evaluate the degree of collaboration and alignment across different departments and teams.

  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Assess the level of engagement and satisfaction of key stakeholders (internal and external).

  8. Risk Mitigation: Evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies during the transformation.

  9. Training Satisfaction: Measure the percentage of employees who have completed required workshops related to the transformation.

  10. Coaching/Mentoring: Provide expertise to identified transformation workshops and/or initiatives as a resource.

  11. Budget & Cost Management: Ensure financial accuracy and efficiency by monitoring budget adherence and processing reports and reimbursements on time.

  12. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain high service quality through effective administrative support, measured by internal feedback and process efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

Work Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience
