Job Mission/Purpose

The Transformation Officer will actively support initiatives aimed at transforming internal processes, developing capabilities and optimizing technology capabilities within the organization. This role involves supporting and leading projects encompassing capability building, process improvements, opportunity exploration, implementing agile ways of working and data analytics. This role will help solve problems and bring ideas to life simpler, faster, and easier.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Forge strong relationships with various business units, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to understand their unique needs and drive transformative change.

Change Management

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during the transformation process, including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Capability Building/Workshop Facilitation

  • Act as a catalyst for techglomerate and leadership capabilities, supporting teams and business units in generating and facilitating development interventions based on needs. Mentor and coach teams through the exploration opportunity, innovation process, etc.

Project Management

  • Employ both Agile ways of working from planning, conception to implementation completion, focusing on strategic impact.
  • Co-facilitate cross-functional team efforts in comprehensive project execution.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within timeline and budget constraints.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions to inform and improve our transformation efforts.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration
