Job Mission/Purpose

Assists in executing activities to help (1) build and    enhance the financial brand before the capital markets; (2) craft and communicate the growth stories of our publicly listed companies, and (3) provide current and prospective equity and debt investors with the necessary information to make well-informed investment decisions

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of corporate center and business unit initiatives (e.g., consolidate, report, track group capex), and organize channels (e.g., manage website section) in order to communicate corporate developments,strategy and financial plans in an accurate, relevant and timely manner (e.g., quarterly analysts’ briefing presentations and related FAQs) to investors and other financial stakeholders

Understand investor objectives, investment frameworks, and market and buy / sell-side sentiment (e.g, attend 1-1 meetings with analysts, update and ensure accuracy of publicly listed companies’ net asset valuations) in order to communicate such to management / team leaders / members (e.g, board reports on analyst consensus and feedback)

Promote awareness of AEV / AP (e.g., coordinate with corporate access teams of brokers and banks for investor conferences) and establish rapport among buy side-sell side contacts (e.g., manage relationship with contact for the duration of contact’s career regardless of institution) in order to build long-term shareholder value and ensure thatcapital markets are receptive for future financing

Align systems with leading practice in order to maintain long-term competitive advantage (e.g., ensure quarterly execution of post mortem process and annual migration to AIMS database)

Help manage costs and keep within approved budget

Perform special assignments as may be assigned by the immediate superior (e.g., find, process, analyze, report Bloomberg data to provide needed insight)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Business Administration

Work Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience
