Performs, reviews and monitors activities of Business Services in areas of IT Financial Management, Change Management, Contract and Vendor Management under the direction of the Governance and Compliance Manager


IT Financial Management
Prepares and consolidates IT budget and chargeback, monitors expenses against budget and provides financial status of IT.  Provides support with IT accounting requirements and activities such as but not limited to purchasing, invoicing and billing and collection. Reviews and monitors activities of the Administrative Assistant.


Change Agent
Handles stakeholders insofar as IT Initiatives to maximize employee adoption and usage with minimal resistance


Contract Management
Facilitates, monitors and controls AEV IT contracts for supply of products and IT services


Vendor Management
Handles IT suppliers performance objectives, activities with sourcing strategies and plans, balancing costs, efficiencies and service quality. Establishes working relationships based on collaboration, trust and open communication to achieve service improvement with suppliers. 


Key Responsibilities Include:

Financial Management

  • Consolidates and monitors annual IT budget and Chargeback allocation
  • Closely coordinate with AEV IT Teams for budget, chargeback and Financial transactions
  • Prepares IT Financial reports and analysis
  • Reviews AEV IT financial transactions and variable billings
  • Prepares and coordinates with AEV Accounting for quarterly fixed billing and collection
  • Coordinates with AEV Accounting for closing activities and other financial-related matters or issues
  • Identifies appropriate service costing for IT services


Change Agent

  • Builds strong relationship of AEV-IT with its BU customers
  • Handles AEV IT initiatives to maximize employee adoption and/or usage with the least risk impact:
  • IT Tools
  • IT Organization
  • Communicates and collaborates across AEV IT and BU-IT Partners


Vendor Management

  • Ensures compliance of supplier management requirements, including annual accreditation
  • Monitors supplier risks 
  • Meets on a regular and ad-hoc basis with internal stakeholders to track vendor performance and enable timely identification of performance deficiencies
  • Develops and maintains a professional relationship with IT suppliers


Contracts Management

  • Facilitates contracting of AEV IT
  • Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all company requirements.
  • Collaborates with AEV - Legal and AP-SCM for the review and alignment of vendor’s contract against AEV standard contract, where necessary
  • Creates, reviews and updates all contract related documentation.


Oversees AEV IT Administrative assistant’s assigned task


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, and Business Management Courses.
  • At least 2 years experience in Financial management, Vendor Management.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and analytical skills
  • Change Management, Project Management, Negotiation Skills
