Job Mission/Purpose
The Synergy Manager will support AEV's role as a portfolio manager in maximizing the network effect and generating incremental value across Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The Synergy Manager will leverage skills in financial analysis, strategic and innovative thinking, portfolio management and analytics, stakeholder management, project management, and storytelling to create insights, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives that align with AEV's role. The Synergy Manager will regularly liaise with stakeholders across the Aboitiz Group, including senior and executive leadership, to support the synergy program.

Responsibilities
Identify and Facilitate Synergy Projects
- Collaborate with SBUs to design and implement synergy projects focused on revenue generation, operational efficiency, or cost reduction
- Evaluate opportunities via overall establishing feasibility, including sizing and financial analysis
Monitor Portfolio and Measure Impact:
- Establish annual KPIs to track performance and effectiveness of synergy initiatives
- Track quarterly performance and latest-thinking forecasts of the portfolio and select initiatives
- Develop comprehensive reports for reporting to leadership
Generate Strategic Insight:
- Lead initiatives to identify, develop, and structure analysis for actionable insights
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership to influence strategic decision-making
Foster Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between SBUs, CSUs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on synergy initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support project execution
- Organize as-needed forums as avenues for collaboration
Adhoc Activities Supporting the Synergy Program:
- Participate in select high-level SBU meetings to understand priorities in relation to Synergy
- Support the creation of compelling synergy stories for communicating successes of synergy
- Represent the AEV Synergy Office in forums to improve synergy awareness or discussions to provide a synergy perspective
