Job Mission/Purpose

The Impact Lead for Jobs is responsible for the  strategic direction of the Jobs Pillar, pioneering project concepts and innovations. They collaborate closely with Aboitiz Business Units, Government Agencies and Private Organizations to ensure the effective formation, execution, and reporting of projects and initiatives. Additionally, the Impact Lead plays a pivotal role in representing the Foundation within networks and affiliated bodies, fostering strategic partnerships, and mobilizing resources vital for organizational sustainability and impact.

Responsibilities

Governance

  1. Leads the direction setting, policy development, and capacity building for Jobs Pillar projects
  2. Develops and updates program manual of policies and guidelines based on Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  3. Develops, updates, and leads the conduct of training modules on Jobs pillar projects
  4. Provides recommendations to strategic plans and initiates continuous process improvements compliant with the changing trends and updates of the industry

 

Programs/Project Management

  1. Proposes innovative and future-ready Jobs pillar programs that align with the Aboitiz Group’s Great Transformation strategy, integrate with other initiatives, promote inclusive employment, and engage a broader sector of the community. These programs are designed to be scalable, sustainable, and responsive to emerging industry needs and digital advancements
  2. Oversees the end-to-end approval, implementation, and successful completion of Jobs Pillar projects across the country

 

Stakeholder Management

  1. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with national government agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery and expansion of the Jobs Pillar Program
  2. Represents the Foundation in strategic networks and affiliated bodies, fostering high-impact partnerships and driving resource mobilization efforts that contribute to the organization’s long-term sustainability and transformative impact
  3. Represents the Foundation in NGOs related to Jobs Pillar

Additional Responsibilities

Project Communications and Reporting

  1. Prepares and presents reportorial requirements for management and other parties
  2. Supports on the preparation of communication materials on the success stories and milestones of Jobs Pillar projects

 

Team Member Supervision

  1. Supervises TMs and ensures their professional enhancement
  2. Sets performance objectives with direct reports, and conducts performance appraisal regularly

Key Performance Metrics

  1. Policies and guidelines updated as needed
  2. Implemented projects within timeline and approved budget
    Approval of projects within SLA
  3. Established and maintained Jobs Pillar partnerships
  4. Submitted and presented Jobs pillar project reports
  5. Compliance to Individual Development Plans of team members
