Job Mission/Purpose

The Recruitment Lead will manage and ensure that the Talent Attraction and Onboarding activities, initiatives, and processes for EXO related activities under the Transformation team are implemented and aligned with the Aboitiz Group HR governance and policies.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Activities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, initiatives, and processes for the Transformation team
  • Report the data, progress, and metrics of recruitment activities to the Management in order to remain up to date with the current recruitment activities
  • Review and recommend the full-cycle process of recruitment as well as partner with CSU/SBU hiring team leaders to identify areas of improvements to be able to provide a “best-in-class” candidate experience
  • Executive search, job board provider, academe partnership and subcon management in order to successfully source and endorse potential talents that fit the specific requirements of the CSUs. That includes assessing and reviewing the operations of external vendors for executive recruitment in order to ensure fees and performance are market-based and within the standards of agreed metrics
  • Lead the MyTX recruitment and onboarding initiatives for Transformation related hirings

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology

Work Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience

License / Certification and Training Requirement
