Job Mission/Purpose

To help build, enhance, protect and restore the Aboitiz reputation by supporting the Specialist - Digital Marketing in digital marketing activities including the management and maintenance of various AEV digital communication platforms, including but not limited to the Aboitiz Group’s social media accounts (Aboitiz Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn); optimization of the AEV Corporate Website and Sustainability Microsite; and data gathering and creation of performance reports.

Responsibilities

Social media management for Aboitiz Social Media pages:

  • Planning & implementing strategic social media campaigns through supplier management and collaboration with reputation team;
  • Provide creative direction to suppliers in creating digital content
  • As needed: Create content for social media (design & layout, copywriting, video editing)
  • Ads management for social media channels 
  • Community management (inbox and comments replies)

Social Listening and Monitoring:

  • Monitor owned social media performance on monthly basis
  • Monitor trends & keywords through social listening platforms (Meltwater, Brandwatch)
  • Produce reports on performance of pages and digital assets

Provides support in collaborating with internal partners in researching, writing, and developing digital marketing content and communication plans to promote initiatives that enhance the Group’s reputation.
