Job Mission/Purpose

The Impact Officer - Future Leaders is responsible for providing technical support in the planning,  implementation and completion of the Aboitiz Future Leaders (AFL) Scholarship Program,  while providing administrative support to AuroraPH and Adopt-A-School initiatives, particularly in the preparation and submission of requirements to the Department of Education (DepEd).

 

The role ensures effective program delivery, strong partner stewardship, compliance with DepEd and donor requirements, and measurable education and community impact.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of the AFI scholarship program (screening, onboarding, monitoring, and completion).
  • Coordinate with partner business units, schools and universities on scholar selection and requirements.
  • Monitor scholar performance, retention, and well-being; flag risks and recommend interventions.
  • Maintain accurate scholar databases, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Prepare regular progress, utilization, and impact reports for internal management.

Partnerships Development and Management

  • Support identification, onboarding and coordination of scholarship and impact partners (corporates, NGOs, schools, LGUs).
  • Serve as a focal point for assigned partners in AFL ensuring timely communication, documentation, and reporting.
  • Facilitate partnership proposals, MOAs, renewals, and turnover activities.
  • Track partner commitments, deliverables, and milestones.

Supplier Payments, Report Generation and Administration

  • Support events, MOA signings, turn-overs, and partner engagements as needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing and project closure.
  • Ensure social media content related to scholarships, AuroraPH, and Adopt-A-School is factually accurate, compliant, and aligned with AEV branding.
  • Ensure supplier payments and documentation requirements are processed to meet service level commitments to suppliers and partners.
  • Update groupwide education database for report generation.
