Job Mission/Purpose

The Supervising Project Officer for Education and Communications is responsible for the conceptualization, development, planning and implementation of new and existing education projects of Aboitiz Foundation aligned to its strategic directions. The position is also responsible for managing partnerships with institutions relevant to education project implementation, and in developing policies and guidelines in governing Aboitiz Foundation education projects. The position also manages KINDer by Aboitiz (crowdfunding platform) including but not limited to its partnerships, management of backend systems, communications plan, donation turnover, and coordination with external service provider.

1. Partnership Building 
1.1 Explore, evaluate, and recommend new education partnerships that the Foundation can forge to achieve an innovative, scalable, and measurable education programs
1.2 Coordinate and consult with NGOs and government agencies such as DepEd, CHED, and TESDA for strategic advice and direction in developing new education projects for the Foundation aligned to the national, regional, and local development objectives 
1.3 Collaborate with Aboitiz BUs/CSUs in implementing education and communication projects to increase team member engagement and conduct volunteerism activities
1.4 Conduct partnership meetings to potential KINDer partners, assist them in the forging of the partnership, and conduct virtual events to promote the partnership 

2. Project Development and Management
2.1 Develop project frameworks for new education projects that are collaborative, sustainable, and scalable which the business units can use as model in their own implementation 
2.2 Conceptualize, plan and implement new and existing education projects 
2.3 Supervise education projects to ensure proper planning, implementation, and closures
2.4 Manage KINDer by Aboitiz including but not limited to its partnerships, management of backend systems, communications plan, donation turnover, and coordination with external service provider
2.5 Conduct resource mobilization initiatives through KINDer

3. Governance
3.1 Organize and facilitate coordination meetings with KINDer project team including but not limited to internal partners (AFI admin and accounting, AEV IT) and external partners (third party service provider and campaign partners)
3.2 Identify areas for process improvement for KINDer and implement innovation to streamline processes and provide better stakeholder/donor experience
3.3 Participate in project teams internal and external to Aboitiz Foundation concerning education CSR projects

4. Supplier Payments and Report Preparation 
      4.1  Prepares periodic education and communication reports
      4.2 Ensures that supplier payments and documentation requirements are submitted to the accounting and operations team for processing, in order to meet service level commitments to suppliers and partners.

Bachelor's Degree
